The MPBS FMUI has identified the involvement of each concentration on the FMUI research focus and established a research roadmap based on the research activities of each concentration since 2006. Each MPBS concentration has stipulated the research agenda pertaining to the ongoing research of their academic staff. The types and quantity of research activities implemented in 2014-2018 are monitored every year through publications and patents to evaluate the achievement of the MPBS FMUI vision and mission specifically, and the FMUI and UI in general.
